I’ve dealt with failed partnerships, cash-flow crunches, culture challenges, losing critical employees and even long, sleepless nights where I questioned if it was even all worth it, anymore.
Then, about 12 years ago, a “chance” encounter opened the door to me finding the answers I so desperately sought.
I became exposed to a world where I learned the principles of peak performance, harnessing the power of my tribe, leading with crystal-clear priority, achieving success by empowering others, and utilizing the four strategic profit levers. And it changed everything. Profits went up, freedom became a tangible reality, and the future generations of my family-tree were forever transformed.
